Delicious, warm, without chicken stock or heavy cream- waaaay more nutritious!
1 head broccoli
1 round / piece pumpkin
2 onion heads
a bunch of parsley
500 ml. water
½ teaspoon turmeric
2 pinches of sea salt to taste
* Wash the broccoli and put it on steam to soften for 5 minutes. Then allow to cool.
* Wash and clean both onion heads and slice the pumpkin. Then place them in a pot with 500 ml. water to boil for 10 minutes. Add 2-3 pinches of sea salt. Allow to cool.
* Once everything is cool, place it in a blender and blend it for 2-3 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon turmeric.
