This is a simple energy booster, and simple detox method,simple to make and simple to get used to it, and very light on the stomach to start your morning.
– 1/2 thinly sliced cucumber
– 1 thinly sliced lemon
– 4 sprigs of mint
– 2 to 6 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
– 2 quarts of filtered water
Slice the cucumbers and lemons in thin pieces and put them in 2 separate bottles (if possible, quart sized bottles). Then, divide the mint leaves in two equal amounts and place them in the bottles accordingly.
If you are not that much of a vinegar fan, put just 3 tablespoons of the vinegar inside and fill the rest with water. If you can stand the taste of vinegar for more than just 3 tablespoons, feel free to add more.
