Tempus fugit, as myFather would say- time is fidgeting or fleeting.
In today’s busy world, who has the time to be healthy! Well, if we don’t make the time, pretty soon we will be out of time.
So start small:
-2 x 30 minute resistance exercise sessions – mostly body weight exercises
-2 x 15 minute interval exercise sessions – on a treadmill or outside at a track
-1 x 60 minute walk – outdoors with family or dog
You may not build the body of a Greek God, but at least it should delay you seeing God! Enjoy!
