Power Smoothie

Ingredients (sub in the fruits you like that are high in anti-oxidants:

Mango
Cherries
Banana
Grapes
Orange Juice with Pulp
Almond Milk
Flax Seed

Blend in the proportions you like with the fruits and juice being in the proportion of 2/3 the mix, to 1/3 Almond Milk.
