Fruit- yes please!

Often, it’s tempting to eat the cake-and-cookie-type foods, but those cravings can easily be curbed with fresh fruit, which contains more nutrients and less bad stuff.
July is a glorious month for fruit. Canada has its fair share of naturally sweet goodies being harvested this month as well–strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, canteloupe, saskatoons and rhubarb, just to name a few.

Fruit is fantastic at helping the body fight free radicals.
