Normally, this would go on my food blog- but stole it from my friend Pele, and thought it appropriate for what this blog aims to provide- so blend away and enjoy!
2 cups of your favorite nut milk or coconut water
1/2 an avocado
3 TBSP pine nuts
1 TBSP chia seeds
1 cup of blueberries
(2-3 TBSP of your favorite sweetener – raw honey, real maple syrup, dates, etc.)
Blend well, serve, and enjoy! The avocado, pine nuts, and chia seeds are all natural appetite suppressants that are filled with nutrients and energy. The blueberry really makes this one sparkle in your mouth! This is a great smoothie to prepare in the morning (or evening) and have ready for lunch any day of the week.
